Im Grunde genommen hat mir alles gefallen. Die Autos sind neu, die Anmeldung selbst ist recht schnell, der Preis ist nicht schlecht. Das Einzige, was ich empfehlen würde, ist ein russischsprachiger Mitarbeiter, wegen der Sprachprobleme habe ich am Flughafen lange gewartet.

The only thing was inconvenient that the issuance manager spoke only Turkish, I had to work a little with the dictionary, and the rest was fine.

Für Russen ist es sehr praktisch, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, die Miete bar zu bezahlen. Das Auto war ein wenig zerkratzt, und ich war besorgt, dass es Probleme bei der Rückgabe geben würde (obwohl alle Kratzer im Vertrag enthalten waren). Aber alles ging gut, es gab keine Beschwerden. Das Auto erwies sich als recht geräumig und kam auch an schwierigen Stellen mit einer starken Steigung gut vorbei. Ich hoffe, dass ich diesen Service wieder in Anspruch nehmen werde.

Die Entgegennahme des Fahrzeugs war furchtbar! Wir haben über eine Stunde lang auf das Auto gewartet. Wir bestellten einen Diesel, aber sie brachten Benzin. Auf die Frage, warum, antworteten sie, dass keine anderen Autos verfügbar seien. Das Auto war sehr schmutzig und das Benzin fehlte völlig. Wir fragten, wo wir tanken könnten, und man sagte uns, dass der leere Tank nur unser Problem sei. Der Manager hatte kein Wechselgeld, er versprach, das Wechselgeld bei Übernahme des Autos zurückzugeben, aber natürlich haben wir es vergessen. Im Allgemeinen bekam absolut "unzureichend" und die meisten unhöflich Manager. Weitere Probleme sind nicht aufgetreten!

Everything was fine. There was a small delay in the airport when we were trying to find a persn who are going to meet us and bring back to office. But except this all other procedures were quite fast. A men in office was very gentle and do a lot of efforts to find a baby seat for us which fits for my child. Finaly I got brand new nice seat. The car qulity was fine, I do not have any complaints. Drop off procedure was also very fast and gentle.

The procedure of renting a car was pretty easy, the most difficult thing was paying. The car itself was absolutely perfect. The stuff was friendly and supportive. After giving the car back we were driven to the airport on the same car by the driver from the company. Attention, please: there are two terminals in Antalya, you should find out in advance which one you will fly from. And please be ready to pay about 100 Turkish lira for cleaning the car you have rented.
