everything was great. The car did a good job and they provided us a friendly service. The only minor downside was that we had to pay 5 euros for the cleaning afterwards which is not common renting a car in western countries. It should be included in my opinion.

Everything went very well with the car company Me and my girlfriend misread the date on which we started renting the car, so we came one day late at the car company but they helped us very good by arranging another car In addition, we got a problem with the cooling system of the car, but the company helped us very good by arranging a local pick-up and a repair, and within one day we got the repaired car back We also got compensated for the day we did not have the car due to the repair So everything went well! Would rent at this company again when I'm in Albania again

Fiat Punto
The fiat punto I rented had airconditionning out of order , so we were upgraded with a skoda fabia. Though we wasted a lot of time we ended up with a nice car and were happy. In addition the car delivery at the hotel was really late. The drop off at the airport was smooth. All in all a good experience we would recommend, but not the lowest grade car such as the Punto.

We had a good experience. The communication went very well via whatsapp. Fast response time even in the evening. They have a great drop-off and pick-up service. We used different locations. Everything was possible, even if it was a three hour drive form there office. Unfortunately our car broke down after a week. The customer service responded quickly and immediately sent a new car while we went for lunch. Thing like this can happen. More important is how it is solved. They solved it nicely. In short, I recommend this company because of the good service, car and decent prices.

Everything went as expected. The car itself is pretty worn and has a number of issues like the tank doesn't close, windshield spray doesn't work, right mirror outer plastic cover fell off once etc. However, it drives and that's what mattered. Communication with the rental was quick and easy. Overall, I can recommend the company.

The site itself is convenient, but does not contain complete information about the condition of the rented car. It starts for 10-15 minutes (either the battery is old or the spark plugs need to be cleaned). Hollowed steering rack. I have no complaints about the site. I was very disappointed with the condition of the car, and had trouble.

However, the car needs service: an error was lit all the time, the windshield washer and aux did not work. Everything went just fine !!! I liked that we were met at the airport and immediately taken to the car and we did not waste time looking for it in the parking lot. The manager spoke excellent English, we completed all the documents on the spot in 5 minutes and hit the road! Also, there were no problems with returning the car. I threw off our geolocation to the manager and he approached the car within 5 minutes! On the spot we were returned a deposit of 50 euros and EVERYTHING !!! Good service and most importantly no deposit !!!
