I was very satisfied with everything. The reserved car was not available, I was given a Nissan Rogue with no change in the rental price. The manager Eric (if I'm not mistaken) was very welcoming, friendly and customer oriented. I have been working with customers for 10 years myself, so I know what to look out for. The service was at a decent level. The car is technically sound, clean, the terms of the lease are affordable and transparent. Interaction with the manager is on top. Everything was good, the car was eventually provided ford focus, as I realized it was newer, but there was a small malfunction with the gearbox, which forced me to sometimes stop on the way, so that the car - cooled down. Otherwise everything was good and polite.
