The Rapid's exterior design is austere, a bit conservative, but at the same time quite fresh. At first glance, the car looks like a sedan, but the trunk lid, like other Škoda liftbacks (Octavia and Superb), can be opened with or without the rear window. One of the main features of this model is the design of the front part: the radiator grill is a clearly traced chrome frame with vertical plates, and strict rectangular headlights are balanced by elongated foglights.
