We were very dissatisfied not so much with the car, but with Mr. Huseyin, who is a representative of the company that provides the car on the spot (Izmir airport). We flew from Antalya and indicated this when booking, including the flight number. Of course, we arrived at the domestic terminal. Huseyin came to meet us in the international terminal. As a result - unnecessary negotiations and lost time. He took us not to the parking lot of the rental company, but to some apartment building. Also he did not have a terminal for payment with a bank card, although in the terms of rental on the site was such a possibility. Then he took from us extra 10 euros for the passage of the car on toll highways, explaining that the car has a built-in transponder for automatic payment and that the amount will be deducted from it and it is just it. There was no information about this payment on the website when booking. The car was all mangled. We took 26 pictures of the damage to document the current condition of the car. But it seemed to drive, and time was a pity, so we decided to take the proposed copy. But after the same day we noticed how wiped the steering wheel and gear lever were. According to the contract the car should have been manufactured in 2022, but we took it in January 2024. A car can't look like this after 2 years of use. We started to look at its technical ticket, and it says that this car is not 2022, but 2018. So it's a different car than we ordered, even though it was the same model. The mileage was listed around 97000 kilometers, but such a wiped steering wheel and gearbox lever said that the car has passed much over 150000km. When we wrote to Hussain about it, he just said that the 2022 car was being repaired and he couldn't give any discounts for an older and beat up car, nor could he change it. In normal rental companies there is a rule, according to which, if the ordered car is not available for any circumstances, then the customers are given a similar or better, but never worse, as we got. And Husein did not say it himself in advance, but tried to hide it. Also with time we realized that the wiper blades and left window washer did not work in the car. Fortunately at least this after a conversation with Hussein managed to eliminate, but for this we had to drive ourselves to a certain car service and again spend our vacation time. In general, we do not recommend dealing with this car supplier (Hussein) and his company.

The only service that we managed to find, with the possibility of paying with a Russian prepaid card and a cash deposit in the current situation in the world, thank you for keeping the opportunity for everyone to travel without barriers! Renting a car left mixed feelings. Starting with the late service representative in the rental car for an hour, but by a happy coincidence, our flight was also delayed by 40 minutes. Secondly, on the site we booked a car on diesel, arrived on gasoline. We were pleased that despite the complete lack of knowledge of the English language of the service representative, friends or colleagues of this representative spoke to us in Russian on the phone. The journey turned out to be truly magical thanks to the car. I managed to visit many places, enjoy the local driving style, so to speak, immerse myself completely in Turkish culture. Unlimited mileage has become the main parameter when choosing a service, and here it is included in car rental, you didn’t have to pay anything extra. The car itself is in good condition, it was a pleasure to drive. With pleasure we will use your services many, many more times when we are in Turkey, thank you!!! The technical condition of the car 6/10. The right rear light is broken, taped with adhesive tape, the right brake light did not work, as the on-board computer reported all the time. In addition, the computer all the time reported on the failure (or uncalibration) of the tire pressure sensor and the need for maintenance 86tys. km back. The cabin is clean, there is no smell, the air conditioner was working properly, the passenger detection sensor is faulty in the front passenger seat - when the seat was empty it still signaled that the passenger was not fastened, I had to fasten the belt from scratch so that the squeak did not interfere. At engine speeds above 2500 rpm, the machine vibrated noticeably, the vibration was transmitted to the pedals, but perhaps this is a feature of the model, and not its separate copy. Very upset by the company's fuel policy. Despite the full / full policy stated on the website, the car was given with an almost empty tank, a light bulb was on. The owner commented on this situation that "it is written there on the site, and here it is here" and said where the nearest gas station is. But the fuel level was honestly fixed in the act of receiving a car almost at zero. Since I didn’t know if the stated consumption coincides with the real one and how much fuel will be needed for the planned route, I had to fill a full tank, which cost 142 GEL. When you return the car, a little more than half the tank remains, i.e. about 70 GEL fuel, which I did not compensate. With a total rental cost of 210 GEL, an overpayment of more than 30% came out. Also in the tank there was no washing liquid at all, but the sensor did not show it - apparently, it was also faulty. I had to drive for a while with dirty glass, until we got to the gas station, where we bought the washing liquid for 5 GEL, which, when returning the car, had almost a full tank. The provided child car seat was an unidentified manufacturer, of course, without any certificates (I didn’t even ask them), but the worst thing was that there was no instructions on how to properly secure the chair, the owner didn’t know how to attach it, or find instructions on the Internet It was possible because of the complete absence of any mention of the manufacturer or model on the chair. Secure at your own risk. We managed to drive along the planned route, the car did it, but I cannot recommend this rental company.

The site itself is convenient, but does not contain complete information about the condition of the rented car. It starts for 10-15 minutes (either the battery is old or the spark plugs need to be cleaned). Hollowed steering rack. I have no complaints about the site. What does the “Pending” status mean?

The 'Pending' status means that we are still in the process of confirming the availability of the vehicle with the rental provider. Once confirmed, we will send a confirmation right away.

What is a Voucher?

The Voucher is a document confirming your rental, serving as proof that you have booked and pre-paid for the vehicle. It includes delivery instructions, rental conditions, and the contact details of both the client and the rental provider.

Where do I find my Voucher?

Your Voucher will be included as an attachment with the confirmation email once your car rental is confirmed. You can also download it from your Bookings page after the booking has been confirmed.

How long do I have to wait for my booking confirmation?

Bookings are typically confirmed within a few hours, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours. We request confirmation for every car hire to prevent any possible technical problems.

Where do I find the status of my booking?

Check the status of your booking on your Bookings page. You will automatically be redirected there after you make a booking with us.

Who provides the insurance?

The insurance is always provided by the rental provider.

What is CDW or Collision Damage Waiver?

CDW reduces your liability to your own rental car in case you cause an accident (and it's your fault). Usually, CDW sets the maximum amount of money you will have to pay for potential damages. Without CDW, you could be liable for the full cost of the rental vehicle if it were to be damaged. With CDW, you won't have to pay the full cost of repairs, but contribute to repair costs up to an agreed level. Often wheels, tyres, glass, underbody, roof, keys, locks, and aerials are not covered by the CDW.

What is Theft Protect or TP?

TP limits your liability in the event that the rental car is stolen. Usually, TP sets the maximum amount of money the car rental company will charge you for replacing a stolen car or repairing damages from a car theft attempt.

What is Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) or Full Damage Waiver (FDW)?

SCDW and FDW usually cover those parts of the car that aren't covered by the standard CDW, such as windows, wheels, or tires. They may also reduce the Security Deposit and/or Excess, meaning you may have to leave a lower deposit at pick-up or even not pay anything for damages.

What is TPL or Third-Party Liability?

In case you injure other road users, or damage someone's property, while driving, TPL coverage will pay these costs. In most countries, TPL coverage is required by law. TPL does not cover any damage to the driver's own rental car, nor does it cover theft of the car.

When will the Security Deposit be refunded?

The deposit amount is held for the duration of the rental. It will be unblocked or refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle or within 10 to 28 days after return, as long as there has been no additional expense to the rental provider.

What is an Excess?

Excess is the maximum amount of money you will have to pay for potential damages. For example, if your damage Excess was 200 EUR and the damage to the bodywork is 1,000 EUR on return, you would only have to pay 200 EUR. The remaining 800 EUR would be covered by the insurance policy. The Excess amount for each car is found in the agreement with the rental provider.

What is the difference between Security Deposit and Excess?

The Security Deposit is an amount usually consisting of an Excess and the cost of possible future expenses (fees, missing fuel, speeding tickets, fines). An Excess is an amount of money up to which you will be responsible in the event of damages to the car.

What is a Security Deposit?

Rental providers require a Security Deposit to cover themselves for any potential car damages or future expenses, such as administrative fees, missing fuel, and parking/speeding tickets/fines, as well as the deductible of the CDW. For this reason, in most cases, you will be required to leave a Security Deposit when you pick up the car to ensure its safe return.

What does "or similar" mean?

Sometimes the car rental provider may only guarantee a certain category of car, not a specific make and model. Car rental companies group different cars in the same category which should have the same features as confirmed at the time of booking. Such cars will be tagged "or similar" next to the make and model, with details displayed on hover.

Am I going to get the exact vehicle that I booked?

Rental providers do their best to supply the exact car that you booked, but they cannot guarantee a specific car model due to factors like late returning or last-moment damages. Due to these changeable circumstances, you may be provided with a close model from the same class of cars.

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, log in to My Bookings and click Cancel. If you cancel a booking before the No-refund period, your prepayment will be fully refunded.

How do I modify my booking before the rental has started?

Contact us directly by email or telephone. We’ll evaluate your request, check if the changes are possible, and update your booking. Depending on the nature of the changes, additional cost may occur. Amendments can take up to 24 hours to be processed.

How can I leave a review after rental?

Go to your Bookings page after the rental has ended and click "Leave a Review" to rate your experience. Should you wish to discuss any issues that occurred during your rental, please contact us and allow us to investigate the matter.

Why sign a rental agreement on pick-up?

The rental agreement you sign with the rental company is subject to its rental conditions and the law of the country you are renting in. Read the rental conditions of the agreement carefully and make sure you understand and agree to them.

Can I get a car delivered and collected?

Yes, but additional delivery charges may apply whether on pick-up or return. Some companies may offer free deliveries to certain places when the rental duration exceeds a certain number of days.

Can I return the car later?

If you can't return your car at the agreed drop-off time, inform the rental provider. It might be possible to return the vehicle slightly later than agreed.

What is a mileage limit?

Some rental providers restrict the amount of kilometres per day or per rental period. Payment for any extra mileage will have to be made on return, unless you purchased Unlimited Mileage when booking.

What happens on return after damage?

It depends on the insurance you have. In case there are any damages, bring it to the representative’s notice. Ask them about any charges they consider necessary and get it in writing. In most cases, the rental provider will charge you for any damage by keeping some of your Security Deposit. Always leave yourself enough time on return before the flight.

What should I check on drop-off?

Make sure that the supplier representative signs off the drop-off and ensure that the rental agreement is signed off by the supplier.

My flight time has changed

If your flight time or number has changed, you should provide the actual information to the rental provider as soon as possible.

Can I hire a vehicle with some extras?

Yes, optional extras must be requested when booking, and associated costs will be displayed where available.

Can I cross national borders with a rental car?

Some rental providers offer the possibility to cross national borders, while others do not. If crossing the border is allowed, additional fees may apply to cover extra insurance, taxes, etc. You must inform the rental provider about crossing borders; otherwise, your insurance may become invalid. Ask for advice on the driving territories/countries you plan to visit.

If I drop off the car earlier, will I receive a refund for unused days?

In most cases, rental providers will not refund for returning the car earlier than agreed.

What is required of the additional driver?

The additional driver needs to meet the same requirements as those for the main driver. Any additional driver needs to be present at pick-up, possess their documents, and be registered in the rental agreement.

Reserved vehicle is in a bad condition at pick-up

Thoroughly check the car for any imperfections at the time of pick-up and notify the car rental supplier of any issues. Take photos of the rental car before pick-up and after drop-off so there is no confusion regarding the car’s condition upon return. Any damages on the car might affect your Excess if not addressed before the rental. Always keep any paperwork you are given.
