We also did not talk about the peculiarities of hull insurance in Georgia - then we found out ourselves. So in general everything was satisfactory, but in some points it could be better). They asked for money for washing, but after showing before/after photos they didn't ask for it, because the car was in any case not dirtier, and maybe even a little cleaner than when we received it.
