Receiving the vehicle was horrible! We waited for the car for over an hour. We ordered a diesel, but they brought gasoline. When asked why, they replied that there were no other cars. The car was very dirty and with a complete lack of gasoline. We asked: where we can refuel, we were told that the empty tank is exclusively our problem. The manager had no change, he promised to return the change upon receipt of the car, but of course we forgot about it. In general got absolutely "inadequate" and the most rude manager. Further problems did not arise!

On the downside, they didn't want to accept my debit card for a deposit, they argued for half an hour and tried to impose their own insurance. In the end they took a deposit of 200 euros in cash. If there was no cash deposit, they probably refused.

The car was a year older than the one we had booked on the website, plus it had scratches and chips all around, the rear bumper was cracked. The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.

In general, everything went well. The representative of the rental company contacted me and met me. The only nuance is that in the end they did not give us the car we had planned, referring to the fact that it was not in good working order. First they gave a small one (Renault), then replaced it with a big one, but it was very bumpy. But otherwise all the arrangements were respected.
