everything went well. I was always in touch with the representative and he answered my questions promptly. Only, I didn't quite understand, if I had full insurance, did it cover disks, windows, etc.? When taking the car I didn't notice that one disk was a little bent, and when I turned in the car the manager started to check the data on the sheet where we noted the damage when taking the car. But then the manager looked at the photos taken earlier and said that everything was ok.

It didn't go well with my lease! They charged me a lot of extra money before I turned the car in. For the car wash was one. I drove on toll roads, then I was shown a receipt of payment, I agreed to it. Next, they said that most likely you were somewhere else, and that the system displays it after 3 days. and that because these charges are not yet in the system, you have to pay double the price. This is their way of insuring that they don't have new accruals coming to them in a couple of days. My arguments and timing that in the system find all the payment points that I crossed they did not take!

We liked the car very much, it was new and powerful, we enjoyed driving it on the mountain roads. The only thing we didn't like was the checkout process, for some reason it was very long. It is clear that the human factor. The delay was still because they had a different rental price for us. Then we decided to rent a car at the price we booked. We rented out quickly and without any problems. All in all we liked it.

We were promised that we would be able to continue renting a car on our next vacation.
