I've rented Vivaro through Your website, but finally I didn't get that car. One day before arrival to Montenegro I've received message on Viber that there is technical issue with Vivaro and they ar trying to find other vehicle which suits my expectations. There was no 9 Pax van available and they asked me is the VW Caddy Maxi OK for us. Basically I had no other options so I had to agree. The only problem was to fit all the bags and suitcases inside. Generally, the car was OK, but I think it is not OK to pay for 9 Pax van and receive 7 Pax in the same price. Also two days has gone before I've received kids seats, which should be provided from the beginning. I would say it was not so bad, but far away from perfection.

In fact, the Caddy broke down and we drove the Vito one day and the Charan the rest of the time. By no means was this a problem. Both cars were fine. On the rental, no questions asked.
