Car rental providers have their own terms and conditions for rentals. When picking up the vehicle you will sign a rental contract with the rental provider supplying the vehicle.
Withheld prepayment is to secure the car for you on selected dates and times. The rest of the rental fee (the balance in full) is charged by the rental provider upon picking up the car.
All prepayments are made with maximum security (SSL encryption).
We display vehicle information, rental conditions, extras and insurance options as provided by the rental company.
We obtain confirmation of every booking from the rental provider. Most bookings are confirmed within a few hours. In some cases a confirmation may take up to 24 hours.
Upon receiving the confirmation from the rental Provider, we charge the Prepayment to your card, and send you the confirmation Voucher, which completes the booking process.
If the vehicle is unavailable, we will contact you to offer alternatives. If you do not accept alternative options, we will cancel the booking and unblock the Prepayment amount on your card.

Cancel / Refunds
To cancel your booking, log in to “Bookings” and click ’Cancel’ next to the booking or send a request to email@example.com using the email address provided in the booking.
No Refund period is a time window before the pick-up date/time, when your prepayment will not be refunded should you wish to cancel.
In case of a ’No-show’, no prepayment will be refunded. A ’No-show’ applies when you:
- Fail to show up for a reserved car without notifying the rental provider;
- Fail to pick up the car at the time and date determined in the Voucher;
- Fail to provide the documentation required to pick up the car;
- Fail to leave a Security Deposit;
You can request to modify a confirmed rental by sending an email to
24 hours before the pick-up date/time at the latest.
We shall advise you if the proposed changes are possible and whether or not they will affect the rental price.
Unless we accepted modifications in writing, previously confirmed conditions apply.
When picking up the vehicle you will be required to sign a rental contract with the rental provider supplying the vehicle.
In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, it is your responsibility to inform the car rental provider.
Check over the vehicle upon collection to ensure that any damage, bumps or scrapes are duly noted by the car rental provider.
You must present the following documents when picking up the car:
- Printed or digital Voucher;
- Passport / ID card;
- Full valid Driver license;
- International Driving Permit (required by some rental providers);
- Valid credit card in main driver’s name (required by some rental providers);
We act as an intermediary between car rental companies and clients. We don’t own rental cars, the cars you rent are owned by the car rental providers.
We cannot be held responsible if you did not meet the provider’s requirements upon picking up the car.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage, injuries to health, arising from a car rental.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to
or to our postal address. We will aim to provide a response within 7 days.
