Terms and conditions
- Driving licence and passport / id on pickup.
- Driver's age: 23+
- Driving experience: 2+ years
- Document scans for pre-check via email / messenger
- Fuel policy: Same/Same
- Late return: until 2 hours free
- Crossing borders: is not allowed
- Cars wont be accepted on Sunday as office is closed.
- Smoking inside vehicle would cause a fine of AED 300
- In case non faulty during an accident renter would pay rent for the days car is not operational
- If driver age is below 23 years or if the license is not 1 year old , renter will pay 10% damage cost of total damage in case of accident. The renter will pay 20% if both conditions are not met.
- In case faulty during an accident renter would pay excess AED 1500 and the rent for the days the car is not operational.
- Deposit will be refunded within 25 business days

The car is great, the guys from the rental organization too

Everything went fine. But only I did not understand why I paid some extra fine. There is a moment when I gave the car away, corresponded with three people, and it is not clear who was supposed to come, as a result, 2 employees of the company arrived for the car.
