We provide a delivery and pickup services from and to both airports in Bangkok. We were offered a replacement car for a newer Toyota Avensis without any additional payment, which we willingly agreed to. The office explained everything in detail and showed us the car. The car was in excellent condition. We enjoyed traveling on this car. It was a pleasure to communicate, good service, great car. The service was very good. The car was provided, to put it mildly, in bad condition. The day before the car was returned, the car started to vibrate terribly, as if the wheel would fly off, we had to rebuild the whole last day. And so - met, everything was transferred, the manager was in touch, on the last day rented us a hotel near the airport. So I can say that the system itself is well organized, from booking to return, but the car - just terrible. I’m strongly dissatisfied about rental car company. I ordered Honda Civic 2020 two months ago and company representative said the last car we had is Toyota Corolla Atlas. He gave me a parking ticket, showed me the car inside the airport parking pool. He gave me a ticket and left immediately, so I must pay 50TBH for parking. Everything is bad

Rental went great, easy to use website, very nice car. The drop off was excellent as well. When we picked up the car at the airport we had to wait quite a long time (40 minutes) for it to go through the traffic, maybe we should change the logistics or the place of delivery.

They ended up supplying a Handa City at no extra cost 😃 The car was clean and was reliable. It was very economical to run. The handover and return went relatively smoothly - just a few hiccups due to my flight arriving early and when returning, not having a clear description of the place to park the car - most likely my fault for not knowing the airport. The person I was communicating with was very professional and helpful. When I travel to Thailand again next year I will most likely use your website again.

Everything went great for us. The car never failed, I received and returned the car at the office. There were no problems or delays. I was surprised that the 1.2l engine was enough for any hill. The trunk is quite roomy.
