We were offered a replacement car for a newer Toyota Avensis without any additional payment, which we willingly agreed to. The office explained everything in detail and showed us the car. The car was in excellent condition. We enjoyed traveling on this car. It was a pleasure to communicate, good service, great car. When we will be in Bangkok next time, we will definitely use the services of this company!

They ended up supplying a Handa City at no extra cost 😃 The car was clean and was reliable. It was very economical to run. The handover and return went relatively smoothly - just a few hiccups due to my flight arriving early and when returning, not having a clear description of the place to park the car - most likely my fault for not knowing the airport. The person I was communicating with was very professional and helpful. When I travel to Thailand again next year I will most likely use your website again.
