They helped me to find a place to pick up the car at Istanbul airport by watsap, they answered right away. The process of receiving the car was quick, they gave us the opportunity to carefully inspect the car. There was a question how to pay for toll roads - they told me that I could pay for it when handing over the car. Very convenient. I handed the car back in five minutes. On the whole, everything went well. The car was different, but better. We couldn't take cash in euros because there was no change, so we had to pay by card. The return went smoothly, we had full insurance, so we just took the keys. Plus on the base checked the fines (they were not) and the cost of travel on toll roads. I paid cash for that. All in all everything went well, if it wasn't for the unexpected payment from the card.

Receiving the vehicle was horrible! We waited for the car for over an hour. We ordered a diesel, but they brought gasoline. When asked why, they replied that there were no other cars. The car was very dirty and with a complete lack of gasoline. We asked: where we can refuel, we were told that the empty tank is exclusively our problem. The manager had no change, he promised to return the change upon receipt of the car, but of course we forgot about it. In general got absolutely "inadequate" and the most rude manager. Further problems did not arise!

Picked up a Renault Taliant in Istanbul. On the day of pickup an employee met me at the airport and escorted me to the parking lot. The registration was done in 10 minutes. But we had to wait another 15 minutes for the car, but it was worth it. We rented a Peugeo 2008, 2023, with 23000 km of mileage. It was a delight to drive the car with cruise control, the first day 800 km without fatigue. Small disadvantage, when I got it, the remaining balance in the tank was at 60 km, I figured it out only on the road (I did not know the nuances of diesel). Thank you very much to the company for the car and quick execution of documents. The return was also without problems, the inspection took no more than 15 minutes and it was taken to the airport

When I got back, they tried to charge me the extra fee because I returned the car at 4:00pm instead of 11:00pm. This was not a pleasant experience. Apparently no information was provided.
