The bill was not sent to me. I planned a trip for the next day. The car was filled with gasoline on half a tank. But I decided to fill it up, it came out to 78 aedes. Only at 15 o'clock the next day another agent writes me that I have to pay, the sum for 2 days - 288 aedes. This pissed me off, as I read this message by accident, my phone caught wifi in the shopping center. Why wasn't the payment issue resolved in the morning when there was still internet in the hotel? I texted that I would return the car but in 2-3 hours. In the end around 17 hours wrote Akil that they can take the car. But it was standing until the next day, several people from different numbers in sucksap demanded to pay those unfortunate 144 aedes. But I used the car +3 hours to the paid hours and paid for gasoline for 78 aedes (by the way in rubles it turned out to be 70 rubles per liter, we were so surprised, all say about cheap gasoline in the UAE, but it was more expensive than in Russia). As a result, the car was taken away at 15 o'clock the next day. I left the UAE. And after almost a month this Akil writes to me again on WhatsApp that they will demand payment for + 1 day 144 dirhams through the court. I would have paid immediately an additional 288 aedes, but not stated +100 aedes when renting, and the fact that the bill for renewal did not send in advance very much pissed off. Different agents write from different numbers in watsapp, each other do not pass information. The number of the office is not, because when signing the documents did not leave me any contract. Only slips from the payment terminal. I highly do not recommend renting from Akil. He also sent voice messages instead of text - well class, it is a tourist a priori without internet.

I requested the car for one day, but the driver contacted me late in the evening and said that he was expecting me to return the car the same day. I said that he can take the car, that we have already finished our trip. The driver thoroughly checked the car and said that everything was ok except that I draw 70km over the limit of contract and I need to pay 5 Dirham.

When handing over, similarly, they didn't look for anything on purpose, moreover, it turned out that I didn't fill up the fuel, thinking that I was handing over the car with 50% level, they said that 60% I started to resist, they eventually forgave :D When I finally found the photo, saw that there was a real misunderstanding and it was 60% I gave the driver the amount for fuel, thinking that they themselves will solve everything, but he refueled it and sent me the photo and the receipt :D I thought he will take to himself on Tips already. Also the car was in the dust so to speak, I wiped what I could, but still, although the requirement to return the car clean! But that's sometimes very difficult after a trip through the desert. I told about it earlier, they said it's OK. P.S.. By experience of delivery and return, it is better to take and put the car yourself if possible, otherwise the terms in Dubai are not predictable.

The car is almost new, the staff was friendly, helped to sort out everything, drove to the gas station, and then drove ourselves to Ras el Khaimah. For 2 weeks we drove more than 2 t. km, we were everywhere, even in Abu Dhabi. We returned the car just as quickly at Sharjah airport. We recommend the rental company and your website to our friends. We had a great vacation in the summer heat thanks to car rental. Also, I would like to note that in BM beach hotel the staff and administration were interested in our car and were very surprised at the conditions for which we rented it. We consider very inexpensive and as convenient as possible, compared to other countries.

We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. However, when I returned the car, I found two scratches on the bottom of the bumper, which were definitely not my fault (or I inspected them inattentively, as they were on the bottom of the bumper). It seemed strange that during the inspection the representative immediately paid attention to them and did not examine the car further. Despite the insurance "FULL CASCO" (by the way, no insurance documents were not actually given to me) I was obliged to compensate for the damage. If you count on the insurance, then it is necessary, according to them, to go to the police and make a report on a minor accident, which is not possible, because there is no time, vacation with children and they are not left alone. The renter's representative said you could download an app, but it wasn't working (then I checked the website and it worked), which the representative most likely knew. The cost of reimbursement of two scratches was taken "out of thin air" and was not confirmed by anything (consultation with the office), no act was drawn up, except for the car return sheet, which had the appropriate marks on the scheme. I paid 525 dirham, the representative wanted to take cash, but I insisted through the terminal to make it official. Waited for the terminal for about an hour (brought another representative). Checked the fines, toll roads - all in the end I returned the car. But
