I was expected to take exactly same car as I ordered but they give me Mitsubishi Outlander, the steering wheel always turned to the right even on a flat road, I had to constantly steer it to go straight which was not ok. Overall, car was not on good condition at all.

On 08/23/2018 we rented a car through Localcarhires.com company. Initially we applied for a Mitsubishi Attrage. But the guys brought us another car: Toyota Camry. The car was brought to our hotel at the time we appointed and it was picked up from there. Delivery and pickup was free of charge for us. The car was in perfect condition, clean, there were 2 bottles of water in the car. We had to return the car on 27.08 at 14.00, we asked the guys from the company to extend the rental period until 23 pm, which was agreed by the company and the car was taken away from us at 23 hours. I was offered a navigator for 200 dirhams. I refused. My sat nav couldn't pick up satellites in the car and I had to go outside, pick up satellites and drive to the hotel with my hand out the window... which is not safe. At the hotel, I wrote an angry message to the manager that if they did not turn off the jammer, I would report the intrusive service to the police! I was furious at such disrespect for customers, which looked like revenge for refusing to rent a navigator ... .. In the morning, the jammer was already turned off. I always take a car when I travel to different countries, but I have never seen anything like this, especially in the UAE, and it was the 15th trip. Previously, when I ordered a car through Emirates, I did not need to move from terminal to terminal by taxi to pick up or return the car.
