I got a different car which suppose to be two times better than the one I suppose to have... let's say maybe it was(not in my opinion, but I cant see the state of the skoda). The state of the vehicle was acceptable with few things around sterring wheel(free play). Let's say I wont go fater than 80 with the car I got ;)

Everything went perfectly in most parts of the car rental. The car was in good condition, and the person from whom we got the car was friendly and useful. The main problem was that we noted on the site, that we were going to cross the border in Albania and asked from the person who gave the car if everything is fine with paper work (insurance, etc.) for borders. And he assured that yes, everything took care of everything, and we can just go to the border. Then, on the border, the officers told us that we actually did not have insurance paper for the car, and, as we checked the owner of the car (?), He advised us to pay several “coffee money” for border officers under the table. It was inconvenient for us to do this ... We managed to buy a new insurance on the border for 50 euros, and we managed to cross the border. The cost of 50 € Exirta on border issues about the car insurance was unpleasant, as we paid and confirmed that the documents will be completed for us when we rented a car. Maybe the car could be removed better from the inside, since there was a little dirt on the windshield, and when the sun shone, you do not see anything during driving. I must be honest, at first I was a bit nervous and scared about car rental and how it works but booking with you was completely different and you make it so easy for me. Although I didn’t get the Mercedes-Benz A180 cdi on arrival and I was given a Citron white car, my experience was smooth and I will definitely recommend the website to family & friends visiting Montenegro soon .

we received a car about 1,5 hour later when we expected. So we had to rush after what. Car was in bad condition (visual). A lot of damages. Materials torn from the top of the car but in principle car ran fine.

everything went well, but not Citroen C4 was offered in the end, because there was some problem with it, but in advance, maybe 2 days before the trip they offered us VW Touran, we were not against it, the car in general was not bad, so we did not regret a bit. They met us at the airport with a sign, showed us the car at the parking lot, signed a contract, returned it a week later at the same parking lot, everything went super smoothly as possible.

it was a really nice experience, the pickup of the car (and all the rules related to the rental itself) were quite simple, the car was in good condition, nothing broke down and everything went smooth. If i were to reccomend it to someone else, I think I would with no hesitation 😁😁

Even though the car hasnt been in the best technical shape (breaks, drivers seat lift, mirrors), it didnt let us down during our week when we drove it. The car doesnt consume much diesel and the communication with its rental company is good. The website said it would be possible to pay by debit card but at the end we had to pay for the car in cash (fortunately we had enough). I recommend this company to everyone who is able to overlook minor vehicle imperfections for getting the better price than with other companies.

ın general everything was fine. the car was a little beat up, but it was still okay in terms of price performans. the only thing that bothered us was that we had to check the doors lock's and lock them manually everytime because the key did not work. it was a little challenging :)
