the experience wasnt terrible however I rented a citroen on the website but when I got to the rental place they told me they didnt have one on hand. They did false advertisement and gave me a renault symbol. I also requested an automatic car but was given a manuel car. Basically I had to work with what I was given. As a customer I wasnt satisfied with the experience and will probably not use the service again.

everything's fine. There was a small problem on the way back. On the receipt, I paid an additional $25 for an extension from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and $100 for additional insurance. When I got back, they tried to charge me the extra fee because I returned the car at 4:00pm instead of 11:00pm. This was not a pleasant experience. Apparently no information was provided. Overall I was satisfied. Thank you.

Switched from a Citroen to a fiat white, overall ok. The driver was 30 min late, I was with a child outside it was raining and cold, and after could not find me at the airport, and at the end I got back the old dollars and not my new ones !!!! Old dollars are not accepted everywhere.
